What is CVE-2025-8151?

The HT Mega – Absolute Addons For Elementor plugin for WordPress is susceptible to a Path Traversal vulnerability affecting all versions up to and including 2.9.1 through the 'save_block_css' function. This flaw enables authenticated users with Author-level access and higher to create or delete CSS files in arbitrary directories, particularly on Windows systems. Such unauthorized access could lead to significant security concerns, including potential privileged actions and disruptions to site functionality.
