The Wp Chart Generator plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting due to inadequate input sanitization and output escaping on user-supplied attributes through the wpchart shortcode. This vulnerability allows authenticated attackers with contributor-level access and higher to inject malicious web scripts into pages, which execute whenever a user accesses the compromised page, potentially leading to unauthorized actions and data exposure.
