What is CVE-2025-8719?
The gTranslate Shortcode plugin for WordPress exhibits a Stored Cross-Site Scripting vulnerability due to inadequate input sanitization and output escaping via the 'base_lang' parameter. This issue affects all versions up to and including 1.0, allowing authenticated attackers with Contributor-level access or higher to inject malicious scripts.
