What is CVE-2026-0690?

The FlatPM – Ad Manager, AdSense and Custom Code plugin for WordPress contains a vulnerability that allows authenticated users with contributor-level access and above to exploit the 'rank_math_description' custom field. Due to inadequate input sanitization and output escaping, attackers can inject arbitrary web scripts. These scripts can be executed in the browsers of users who access affected pages, posing significant security risks to the site and its users.
