Insecure Direct Object Reference in WP ULike Plugin for WordPress
CVE-2026-0909

5.3MEDIUM

What is CVE-2026-0909?

The WP ULike plugin for WordPress is susceptible to an Insecure Direct Object Reference vulnerability, which affects all versions up to and including 4.8.3.1. This flaw arises from the inadequacy of the wp_ulike_delete_history_api AJAX action to properly validate that the log entry intended for deletion is tied to the authenticated user. As a result, users with Subscriber-level access and above, who possess the 'stats' capability, can exploit this vulnerability to delete log entries belonging to other users by manipulating the 'id' parameter.
