CVE-2026-0913

6.4MEDIUM

What is CVE-2026-0913?

The User Submitted Posts plugin for WordPress is susceptible to Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerabilities due to inadequate input sanitization and output escaping on user-provided attributes, specifically through the 'usp_access' shortcode. As a result, this flaw allows authenticated users with Contributor-level access or higher to inject malicious scripts into web pages. These scripts will execute whenever the affected page is accessed, potentially compromising the security and integrity of the website.
