What is CVE-2026-100185?
The Directorist plugin for WordPress is susceptible to a Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability through the 'phone' Listing Field, present in all versions up to and including 8.10.2.1. Because of inadequate input sanitization and output escaping, authenticated users with subscriber-level access can inject arbitrary scripts into pages. This flaw is exacerbated by the plugin's design, which permits subscriber users to submit and publish listings without any prior moderation, allowing these malicious scripts to execute when other users access the affected pages.
Affected Version(s)
Directorist: AI-Powered Business Directory, Listings & Classified Ads 0 <= 8.10.2.1
