What is CVE-2026-103670?

This vulnerability in Gitea arises when a new Gitea Actions run is initiated, causing older runs within the same workflow-level concurrency group to be cancelled. The flaw occurs without verifying if the new run requires approval. Consequently, a user with permission to create a pull request from a fork could inadvertently cancel trusted, ongoing runs, especially if 'cancel-in-progress' is enabled. This behavior can disrupt deployments on self-hosted runners, potentially leaving the system in a partially operational state.

Affected Version(s)

Gitea 0 <= 1.27.3
