What is CVE-2026-104653?

The Envira Gallery WordPress plugin prior to version 1.16.1 is vulnerable due to improper sanitization and escaping of user-provided gallery display configuration values. This flaw enables users with Author role or higher to inject arbitrary web scripts. These scripts are executed when any site visitor, including administrators, views a page containing the affected gallery, potentially compromising site security and user data.
