What is CVE-2026-10862?

The Accordions plugin for WordPress exhibits a vulnerability that enables Stored Cross-Site Scripting. This occurs because the plugin fails to properly sanitize input and escape output in the Accordion body field. As a result, authenticated attackers with Custom-level access and above can exploit this flaw by injecting malicious scripts that execute when other users access the affected pages. To mitigate this risk, users should update to the latest version of the plugin and implement filters to sanitize user input.
