What is CVE-2026-111928?

The vulnerability in Coder versions prior to 2.34.8 arises from an authorization flaw in the acl_allow rule within the RBAC policy. This flaw fails to adequately verify organizational membership for per-user ACL entries. As a result, users who have been removed from an organization can still access organization-scoped resources, such as templates and workspaces, via the API. This oversight poses significant security risks as it enables unauthorized access to sensitive information even after a user's affiliation has officially ended.
