What is CVE-2026-112365?

The easy.jobs plugin for WordPress is susceptible to Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) via the 'cover_letter' parameter. This vulnerability arises from inadequate input sanitization and output escaping across all versions up to 2.8.4. Attackers can exploit this weakness to inject arbitrary web scripts, which take effect whenever an administrator accesses an affected candidate's Application tab. This occurs when the malicious link is clicked, triggering the execution of the payload, thereby compromising the integrity of the site.
