What is CVE-2026-11371?

The BetterDocs WordPress plugin prior to version 4.5.5 fails to properly sanitize AI-generated documentation summaries. This oversight allows unauthenticated users to exploit the feature by injecting malicious payloads through prompt injection. Once stored, these payloads can execute in the browser of any visitor accessing the affected page, potentially compromising administrators and other users alike.
