The Advanced Form Integration β€” Connect Forms to 200+ Apps WordPress plugin, prior to version 2.1.1, contains a security flaw that allows unauthenticated users to create user accounts with roles that may include administrator. This exploit arises when public form submissions configured through specific settings map user roles directly to fields exposed on the form. As a result, without proper role restriction, unauthorized individuals can gain elevated permissions, posing a significant security risk to the affected website.
