CVE-2026-118046

6.4MEDIUM

What is CVE-2026-118046?

The JS Help Desk – AI-Powered Support & Ticketing System plugin for WordPress allows authenticated attackers with subscriber-level access and above to exploit insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on the 'jsticket_message' parameter. This vulnerability can lead to the injection of arbitrary web scripts, which trigger when an administrator or agent opens the affected ticket. The exploitation risks occur as the page initializes VenoBox, executing potentially malicious scripts. This places users' data at risk whenever a manipulated ticket is accessed.
