What is CVE-2026-1231?

The Beaver Builder Page Builder plugin for WordPress is susceptible to Stored Cross-Site Scripting due to a lack of proper capability checks and insufficient sanitization and escaping of user input. Authenticated attackers with Custom-level access or higher, who have been granted access to Beaver Builder, can exploit this vulnerability by injecting malicious scripts into pages. These scripts may execute whenever a user views the compromised page, potentially leading to unauthorized actions and data theft.
