What is CVE-2026-12592?

The SlimStat Analytics plugin for WordPress allows unauthenticated users to inject malicious scripts due to improper handling of guested geolocation values in admin analytics reports. This shortcoming can lead to the execution of XSS payloads when an administrator views these reports, particularly if the plugin is set to use the Cloudflare geolocation service.
