SQL Injection Vulnerability in Registrations For The Events Calendar Plugin for WordPress
CVE-2026-13119

6.5MEDIUM

What is CVE-2026-13119?

The Registrations For The Events Calendar plugin for WordPress allows authenticated attackers, with Contributor-level access or higher, to exploit SQL Injection vulnerabilities through the 'standard' parameter in the rtec_records_edit AJAX action. This occurs when attacker-controlled JSON data is decoded and used directly in the SQL UPDATE statement, without sufficiently escaping all input characters. This oversight enables attackers to inject malicious SQL queries, potentially compromising sensitive data stored in the database.

Affected Version(s)
