What is CVE-2026-13143?

The WP Travel plugin for WordPress, prior to version 11.8.1, contains a vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to manipulate payment statuses. This flaw stems from the plugin's failure to authenticate PayPal Instant Payment Notifications via the necessary post-back handshake.
