SQL Injection Vulnerability in Groundhogg Plugin for WordPress
CVE-2026-13226

6.5MEDIUM

What is CVE-2026-13226?

The Groundhogg plugin for WordPress has a SQL Injection vulnerability that affects versions up to 4.5.4. This arises from inadequate escaping of the 'after' parameter, allowing authenticated users with Sales Manager-level access or higher to inject additional SQL queries into existing ones. The vulnerability is exacerbated by a lack of nonce verification and a commented out capability check in the AJAX handler, which means any authenticated user can access the vulnerable code, thereby potentially extracting sensitive information from the database.

Affected Version(s)

Groundhogg β€” CRM, Newsletters, and Marketing Automation 0 <= 4.5.4
