The CubeWP Framework plugin for WordPress has a vulnerability allowing directory traversal through the 'cubewp_get_svg_content' function. This flaw enables unauthenticated attackers to read arbitrary files on the server, potentially exposing sensitive information. The vulnerability arises because the nonce required for validation is exposed in the markup of pages using the CubeWP posts shortcode or widget with AJAX loading enabled, allowing any guest visitor to capture it and exploit the vulnerability before submitting an AJAX request.
