What is CVE-2026-13390?

The Events Calendar plugin for WordPress prior to version 6.16.5.1 features a security flaw that allows attackers to bypass authorization checks on specific Event Aggregator import REST API routes. This vulnerability can be exploited by unauthenticated users to mark existing import records as failed and insert arbitrary content into hidden comment records, potentially compromising the integrity of event data.
