What is CVE-2026-1397?
The PQ Addons β Creative Elementor Widgets plugin for WordPress suffers from a Stored Cross-Site Scripting vulnerability due to inadequate input sanitization and output escaping of the html_tag parameter within the PQ Section Title widget. This flaw allows authenticated users, with contributor-level access or higher, to inject malicious scripts into the widget attributes. Once these scripts are injected, they execute when a user visits the affected page, potentially leading to unauthorized actions and data theft.
