CVE-2026-14311

5.4MEDIUM

What is CVE-2026-14311?

The Amelia plugin for WordPress is susceptible to unauthorized access and data modification due to inadequate ownership verification on the /users/customers/ endpoint. This vulnerability allows authenticated users with the wpamelia-provider role to view and alter any customer's data, including facilitating password resets. Additionally, if a compromised user has made a booking using Amelia, their WordPress account may be taken over, granting the attacker increased privileges, potentially up to the Editor role. This issue impacts only the Premium version of the plugin where the Employee Panel is enabled.
