What is CVE-2026-1454?

The Responsive Contact Form Builder & Lead Generation Plugin for WordPress exhibits a vulnerability that allows stored cross-site scripting through form field submissions. Versions up to and including 2.0.1 fail to adequately sanitize input, particularly in the lfb_lead_sanitize() function, which leaves certain field types unchecked. Coupled with a permissive wp_kses() filter, this creates an opportunity for unauthenticated attackers to insert malicious scripts. As a result, when administrators view lead entries in the WordPress dashboard, these scripts may execute, compromising the security of the web environment.
