The Checkimate WooCommerce Checkout, Abandoned Cart Recovery & Order Bumps WordPress plugin fails to enforce adequate access controls for its license-management functions. This vulnerability is due to its reliance on a shared secret derived from publicly accessible information, which enables unauthorized users to manipulate the premium licensing state, including disabling functionality and clearing the stored license key. As a result, this exposes users to potential misuse and undermines the integrity of the licensing system.
