What is CVE-2026-14862?

The Support Genix plugin for WordPress versions prior to 1.4.48 is vulnerable to an improper access control issue that permits unauthenticated users to download private ticket attachments. This flaw occurs due to insufficient checks on access rights, allowing individuals who know the stored attachment file names to retrieve files that should be restricted to specific users. Consequently, private support ticket information may be exposed, highlighting a significant risk to user data privacy.
