This flaw arises from a misconfigured permission check in the 'get_items_permission_check' function associated with the 'process_pattern' REST API endpoint. As a result, attackers may exploit this vulnerability to create and publish content without prior administrator approval, potentially compromising site integrity and content management workflows.
