SQL Injection Vulnerability in rtMedia Plugin for WordPress
CVE-2026-15287

6.5MEDIUM

What is CVE-2026-15287?

The rtMedia for WordPress, BuddyPress, and bbPress plugin is susceptible to a time-based SQL Injection vulnerability through the order_by parameter in all versions up to 4.6.18. This occurs due to inadequate escaping of user-supplied inputs and insufficient preparation in the SQL query execution. As a result, authenticated attackers with subscriber access and higher can manipulate the existing queries by appending additional SQL queries. This exploitation could lead to unauthorized access to sensitive information stored in the database.

Affected Version(s)
