What is CVE-2026-1573?
The OMIGO plugin for WordPress allows for Stored Cross-Site Scripting due to inadequate input sanitization and output escaping in the 'omigo_donate_button' shortcode. This vulnerability is present in all versions up to and including 3.3. Authenticated attackers with contributor-level access can exploit this flaw to inject arbitrary scripts into pages, which will execute whenever other users access the compromised page. Proper sanitization measures are essential to prevent such attacks and protect user data and site integrity.
