What is CVE-2026-16056?
The Contest Gallery plugin for WordPress prior to version 30.0.7 lacks necessary capability and nonce validation in one of its handlers. This oversight permits any authenticated user, including those with minimal permissions such as Subscribers, to access the entire stored OpenAI prompt history of the site, potentially exposing sensitive information without proper authentication restrictions.
