What is CVE-2026-16966?

The Solace Extra WordPress plugin prior to version 1.7.0 is vulnerable to an authorization bypass in one of its AJAX actions. This flaw allows unauthenticated users to gain access to the contents of non-published components—such as drafts, pending posts, private entries, and trashed items—that would typically remain inaccessible, compromising the security and privacy of site data.
