What is CVE-2026-17001?

The Import and Export Users and Customers plugin for WordPress allows authenticated users with custom-level access to exploit a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability. This occurs via insufficient input sanitization and output escaping in Custom Column User Meta Profile Fields. An attacker can inject arbitrary web scripts that execute whenever a user accesses compromised pages, potentially leading to unauthorized actions or data exposure.
