What is CVE-2026-17012?

The Accept PayPal & Stripe with Subscriptions for WooCommerce plugin, prior to version 3.1.0, suffers from a critical flaw that allows unauthenticated users to manipulate payment processes. This vulnerability occurs when the plugin fails to verify that the PayPal account receiving payment is the merchant's configured account. As a result, unauthorized buyers can complete their orders by directing payment to their own PayPal accounts, undermining transactional integrity in the WooCommerce environment.
