What is CVE-2026-17580?

The Advanced Views – Display Custom Fields plugin for WordPress is susceptible to a vulnerability that allows authenticated users with subscriber-level access and above to retrieve sensitive admin content. This includes template markup, CSS and JavaScript code, and PHP controller variables from any Layout or Post Selection post created within the site, compromising the confidentiality of site data. This issue arises due to improper handling within the register_rest_routes method, impacting all versions up to and including 3.9.1.
