What is CVE-2026-18042?

The WP Travel plugin for WordPress versions prior to 12.0.2 is susceptible to an authorization bypass vulnerability. This issue allows unauthenticated attackers to cancel payment transactions linked to customer bookings through specific front-end payment-message handlers. As a result, any unauthorized individual could disrupt the booking process, posing serious implications for both the service providers and their customers.
