What is CVE-2026-18234?

The MStore API plugin for WordPress prior to version 4.21.1 contains a significant vulnerability in its payment handling mechanism. It fails to verify the ownership of the orders being processed, allowing any authenticated user, including those with minimal roles such as Subscribers, to manipulate order statuses without completing the necessary payment.
