SQL Injection Vulnerability in Groundhogg CRM Plugin for WordPress
CVE-2026-18387

6.5MEDIUM

What is CVE-2026-18387?

The Groundhogg plugin for WordPress suffers from a SQL injection vulnerability due to insufficient input escaping in the 'tag_query' parameter. This flaw allows authenticated attackers with vendor-level access to introduce malicious SQL queries, which can extract sensitive database information. Exploitation occurs when the attacker leverages a specific filter type to trigger the vulnerable Legacy_Contact_Query code path, leading execution away from the intended query handler and facilitating unauthorized data access.
