What is CVE-2026-1870?

The Thim Kit for Elementor, a popular plugin for WordPress, has a vulnerability that permits unauthorized access to sensitive data. The issue arises from inadequate validation checks in the REST endpoint callback function 'thim-ekit/archive-course/get-courses.' This oversight allows unauthenticated attackers to potentially access and disclose private or draft LearnPress course content by manipulating the 'post_status' parameter in the payload. This vulnerability affects all versions up to and including 1.3.7, making it imperative for users to update to the latest version promptly to safeguard their data.
