What is CVE-2026-19861?

The JetFormBuilder plugin for WordPress, prior to version 3.6.5.2, lacks adequate sanitization and escaping of form field values before populating them in HTML notification emails. This flaw enables unauthenticated users to inject arbitrary HTML, which may lead to harmful effects based on the recipient's email client. While the effectiveness of such injected scripts may vary, the improper handling of input poses a significant security risk as the HTML is rendered in the email notifications sent to administrators and other intended recipients.

Affected Version(s)

JetFormBuilder β€” Dynamic Blocks Form Builder 0 < 3.6.5.2

Exploit Proof of Concept (PoC)

PoC code is written by security researchers to demonstrate the vulnerability can be exploited. PoC code is also a key component for weaponization which could lead to ransomware.
