What is CVE-2026-20475?

A vulnerability exists in MediaTek products where a missing bounds check allows for a possible out of bounds write. This flaw could enable local escalation of privilege for an attacker who already has System privileges. Importantly, user interaction is not required for successful exploitation of this vulnerability.
