What is CVE-2026-2121?

The Weaver Show Posts plugin for WordPress contains a vulnerability that allows authenticated users with Administrator-level access to perform Stored Cross-Site Scripting attacks. This issue arises from insufficient input sanitization and output escaping related to the 'add_class' parameter. Attackers can inject arbitrary web scripts, which execute whenever a user accesses the manipulated page, posing significant risks—especially in multisite installations where specific Administrator capabilities may be limited.
