CVE-2026-2269

7.2HIGH

What is CVE-2026-2269?

The Uncanny Automator plugin for WordPress is susceptible to a Server-Side Request Forgery vulnerability due to the insecure implementation in the download_url() function. This flaw allows authenticated attackers with Administrator-level access to initiate web requests to arbitrary locations, potentially compromising sensitive internal services. Furthermore, the plugin retains the contents of these remote files on the server, which could be exploited for uploading arbitrary files, raising the risk of remote code execution.
