What is CVE-2026-2431?
The CM Custom Reports plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Reflected Cross-Site Scripting through the 'date_from' and 'date_to' parameters due to inadequate input sanitization and output escaping. This vulnerability allows unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts into pages. If a user is tricked into taking a specific action, such as clicking on a malicious link, the injected scripts could execute within their browser, potentially compromising their information and security.
