What is CVE-2026-2497?

The Gallery by BestWebSoft plugin for WordPress is susceptible to SQL injection through the 'gallery_order{post_id}' parameter array keys. This vulnerability arises from inadequate escaping of user-supplied parameters and the use of unprepared SQL queries within the gllr_save_postdata() function. Authenticated attackers with Editor-level permissions can exploit this flaw to inject malicious SQL queries, potentially enabling them to extract sensitive data from the database.
