SQL Injection Vulnerability in JS Help Desk Plugin for WordPress
CVE-2026-2511

7.5HIGH

What is CVE-2026-2511?

The JS Help Desk – AI-Powered Support & Ticketing System plugin for WordPress allows unauthenticated attackers to exploit SQL Injection vulnerabilities through the 'multiformid' parameter in the 'storeTickets()' function. This issue stems from the improper handling of user-supplied data, where the 'multiformid' value is passed to 'esc_sql()' without appropriate quotation. This omission makes the SQL escaping insufficient, enabling attackers to inject and execute arbitrary SQL queries. These malicious queries can lead to unauthorized access to sensitive information within the database.
