What is CVE-2026-2579?

The WowStore plugin for WooCommerce has a vulnerability that allows SQL Injection through the 'search' parameter. This issue arises from inadequate input escaping and incomplete preparations of the existing SQL query in all versions up to and including 4.4.3. As a result, unauthenticated attackers can exploit this vulnerability to inject their own SQL queries, potentially gaining unauthorized access to sensitive data stored in the database.
