What is CVE-2026-3056?

The Seraphinite Accelerator plugin for WordPress suffers from a vulnerability that allows unauthorized modification of debug and operational logs. This occurs due to a missing capability check on the 'seraph_accel_api' AJAX action, specifically regarding the 'LogClear' function. All versions up to and including 2.28.14 are affected. As a result, authenticated attackers with at least Subscriber-level access can exploit this issue to clear crucial logs, posing a significant risk to the integrity of the plugin's operational data.
