The NextScripts Social Networks Auto-Poster plugin for WordPress is affected by a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability due to inadequate sanitization and escaping of user input. This vulnerability can be exploited by authenticated users with Contributor-level access and higher, allowing them to inject malicious web scripts into pages. When these pages are accessed by other users, the injected scripts can execute, potentially compromising user data and site integrity.
