8.1HIGH

What is CVE-2026-3459?

The Drag and Drop Multiple File Upload - Contact Form 7 plugin for WordPress is susceptible to arbitrary file upload vulnerabilities due to inadequate file type validation in the 'dnd_upload_cf7_upload' function. This issue allows unauthenticated attackers to upload arbitrary files to the server hosting the affected site, which may lead to remote code execution if multiple file upload fields are configured to accept any file type. Site administrators should ensure they update to the latest version to mitigate potential exploitation risks.
